Shipping Information

All handmade products are shipped from my tiny studio in Austria.

International Orders (including America, UK, and all countries outside the European Union):

• Shipped via DHL Express.
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 8 days after order processing.
• Please note: Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping within the European Union:

• Sent by standard post with tracking and insurance.
• Estimated delivery time: 5 to 15 days.

Processing Time:

• Orders typically take 2 to 8 days to process.
• Made-to-order items may take up to 2 weeks to complete and process.
